We want you to love your handmade rug from Amune-Ra. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.

✅ Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Custom-size or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless defective.

📦 Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, even if the original order had free shipping.
• We deduct the actual shipping cost (to and from) from the refund total.
• You must use a trackable shipping service and provide proof of return.

💵 Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• The following are non-refundable:
  • Original shipping cost
  • Return shipping cost
  • Any customs duties or taxes paid by the customer

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or made-to-order rugs
• Items returned without prior notice
• Items not in their original condition

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please place a new order and return the original item according to our policy.
